6 Month Working Holiday Visa in USA for Irish Citizens

Has anyone here heard of the above visa being made available soon or has it been made available already. I heard that 6 countries' citizens (including Ireland's) can now enter the USA and stay for 6 months and get gainful employment. Is this true or B.S?
