So basically I have a friend on facebook who I dont want to unfriend or block but I dont want them to see all of my stuff either. I have already put this person on "aquaintances" but they can still see the majority of things I post, like etc.

Is there anyway I can limit this person further. I dont want to have to individually change every post or comment I make....

For some reason this comes up quite often and the answer is "no", if someone is your friend on facebook you can't exclude them from seeing your updates.
There is a really tricky roundabout way to fix it but it takes too much work.

    Ok thanks for your reply.
I think its really bad that you cant easily protect your privacy on facebook. Makes me want to delete the whole thing sometimes...

You can pretty easily protect your privacy on facebook, just not from people you have chosen to befriend.
Maybe there will be some adjustment in the future to have people remain friends but exclude them from status updates. Kinda defeats the purpose somehow.

Nice one, I actually haven't seen that before.

When you add someone to your Restricted list, they'll only be able to see your Public content or posts that you tag them in.
So if you put your boss on your Restricted list, post a photo and choose Friends as the audience, your boss (and anyone else on Restricted) won’t see that photo.

However, if you add a tag of your boss to the photo, we’ll let them know they’re in it and they’ll be able to see the photo.
