guitar pedals with 'stereo' output, specifically Behringer BUC400

in the documentation it says use both outputs for stereo effect but output B is sending out a dry signal, is this normal? it only has 1 bbd chip for the chorus but 2 op amps so cant exactly send out 2 different chorus effects which is what I would have presumed they meant by 'stereo'
