Parcel motel returns to amazon

    Hi just wondering has anybody any advice on the following, I purchased two pairs of boots from Amazon and they have free returns. The boots are way off size and don't fit. Thing is they were sold by a seller and covered by Amazon dispatch hence I used parcel motel. Can I return these via parcel motel as if I was returning them from the UK or am I screwed?

    If it was fufilled by Amazon, you can return it through Amazon, usually for free.

    If it was delivered to a UK address, the free return to Amazon only allows for sending through Royal Mail, so you'd have to bear the cost or returning to Amazon yourself in that case.

    Either way, it's nothing to do with Parcel Motel; as pleasent says, contact Amazon to be sure

    Contacted Amazon and requested labels to return them from Ireland and they sent them without a problem. Happy days and thanks for the replies!
