Hkc 1070 disabling home alone

Does anyone know if the home alone feature can be disabled as family members sometimes incorrectly set 0*7 instead of 0#7 for part set, home alone sends an SMS when enabled which is annoying and uses credit from the sim... Thanks Shane.
