No difference in engine but there is a difference in the trim level. That particular one is the Ti which would be the top spec model which is rare and very nice but imo that car is not cheap given it's 6 years old. There were a few 2010 similar Ti models asking around €15k recently.

BUY IT..!!!

Go and haggle, check the service history.
Its a Ti, and will hold its value better than a box standard one.
