Anyone know if there's ice on the way out to NCD/Meath? Supposed to cycle out to Bracetown.

Alternatively is the Blessington Road ok?

*What happened to the daily Ice reports of the last couple of years?

Side roads in West Kildare were lethal this morning but roads (at least the ones I went on) on the salting list were OK.

Gritted from UCD to the canal. Seemed ok at around 5:30 this morning from D18 heading into town but be cautious

Avoid cycle-path as it won't necessarily be treated, but the main routes were salted and despite some trepidation on my part it was grand this morning.

Tentative cycle from Rathmines to Beaumont this morning; roads were mostly grand as they'd been gritted but a few of the cycle lanes looked dodgy (even more so) particularly on the Grace Park Road.

Main roads around Goatstown into town were gritted but the side roads presented a few sips but no falls.

It was still very slippy in Lucan at 9am. I decided to get the bus, and had to turn back after a few steps to change my shoes. Was slipping all over the place. Glad I didn't cycle.
