Have you been refused illness benefit or disability

No I have been receiving it since april but they called me in for a chat with their docs and then letter came to say I'm cut off I just don't know if I can claim illness since I've been fired last week or is jobseekers my only option I'd prefer to tell them I'm fired but just don't know what that means and how long before money stars coming in again

You can Appeal the desicion of SW to stop your Illness B if you want. You would need to do this within 21 days of the refusal and you would need a letter/letters from your GP/specialist describing how your illness/disability prevents you from going to work.
Don't worry about the P45 but it is always always the best option to tell SW. everything you think might be relevant.
If you decide not to appeal just take the P45 down to the SW office and make your claim for Job seekers.
Is your husband on Benefit or Allowance? This and whether or not you quality for Benefit or Allowance will determine how much you will get.

Yes you can claim Illness Benefit if you have been fired and even if you left of your own free will.
Appeal it and you can go to the CWO and look for a payment while your appeal is being heard.
Its by no means definite that the CWO will pay you though. Bring the CWO acopy of your appeal.
If the CWO won't have you, your husband can make a claim for you.
One way or the other all your going to get as a family is
    188+
    124.30+
    29.80 for each kid.
