parcel motel question

    I had a pair of runners ordered from Millets to my PM box, despatched 30/12 and still no sign...I emailed millets and they are sending another pair.
    I have €4.50 pm credit - do I need to add more in case by chance both pairs arrive? What happens if you get a delivery to your pm box and you have insufficient credit.

    You get a text/email to top-up your account, did you contact PM and check if they had a parcel for you? also make sure Millets includes the same name as you register with PM and also the PM number is included, in theory PM matches the name and PM number before dropping it to your motel.

    I presume I would have got a text+email if they had a parcel for me, nothing showing in my account.
    My PM number is beside my name as first line of my address. Dxxxxx Cxxxxxx PM12345 etc.
    Good to know they will text me to top-up if by chnace 2 parcels arrive...

    Yes once the item gets scanned is when they charge you, you could also add the credit card to your account and they just take the money when needed so no worries about topping up.

    Did you confirm it was printed this way on the parcel?

    Chances are the PMid was not printed correctly and the parcel is sitting in the Nightline warehouse. The PMid is better on its own line of address as it can be cut at the front or after the name. If you add it as a first name, it will end up 'P' Dotcomdolly.

    At the end can be cut for being to many characters. Unfortunately looking right on shipping details isn't always how it looks on the packaging label.

    Contact PM with you Name and PMid and tell them your expecting a parcel from Millets. When they find it they may ring to confirm contents.
