    Hi all,

3 year ago my company want bust leaving me penniless.
For the last 3 year I survived on odd jobs and help from family member.
At that stage I personally owed the tax man €3k.

I now need a tax clearance cert for work I have coming up.

Will I be able to get one?

Sure, just pay all the tax you owe and you will get one.

If you search the revenue website for phased payment plan.

Once you set up a payment plan to pay off the debt they should issue a tax clearance certificate.
