Zanussi contact

Im trying to find out a Zanussi or Zanussi group contact that might get me the answer Im looking for.
I got through to the electrolux group and they gave me an email which I have just contacted, but Id like to try get through to someone in person that deals with warranties as such.

Im not seeking a warranty repair, as there are avenues to follow for that, even though the machine is within the parts warranty still.
I'm trying to find out what would be considered by the manufacturer or a repairer to cause the fault and how many times the fault has occurred and (maybe less likely to have the following information passed on), but how many warranty repairs are carried out annually on washing machines in Ireland/or even further to determine the percentage chance of this fault occurring.

they wont give you information on how many warrenty repairs are carried out annually as that would be commercially sensitive information.
even warrenty work is income generating nowadays

A large percentage of faults can be put down to the customer, just what fault are you complaining about ??

I thought so myself, but even though Im not claiming on the warranty even though its inside it (it was cheaper to get the repair, Im inclined to think they will not want to even admit a fault where possible, so would be happy enough to tell me if the particular fault I experienced didnt occur before, that way I can pass the cost onto the person responsible.

what I consider to be a specific and unusual fault, not sure why it happened but I suspect horseplay.

so any opinions? or have I suddenly become evil, the person in question is acting like a complete tool, good relatively new appliances being wrecked.
