    What's this new track fairy bullshit all about?? Restricting threads to people because of the events they run? All the ultra-runners should have a look at the middle distance thread, they might just learn something! ;)

    Nothing too outlandish on the study- the injury rate of 65% is pretty low, compares well with marathon or shorter distance training I think.

    Anyway, I'm sitting back to watch the fight between the muscle-bound preening track prima-donnas and the glorified hikers.
