I know wholesalers sell it in the 5 litre drums. If you know someone with a musgraves card or else you could phone Pallas foods in Newcastle west. They sell it there. Or if you know anyone that runs a restaurant/takeaway they could get it for you.

The Chinese shop (Oceanic Supplies Ltd). on 95 Henry Street usually sells 5lt containers of vinegar
The last time I was in there, the vinegar was at the very back of the store on the left hand side.
