    Hello
I recently failed NCT, my car is polo 6n1 1997
Main problem was play in rear wheel bearing.
How can I fix play in wheel bearing?
    What should be replaced?

You would need to replace the bearing. You cant fix it really.

It has to be replaced. Relatively straight forward job and shouldn't be too expensive.

The 6N Polo uses a taper type rear bearing setup which can be tightened to remove excess play.

Having said that, sometimes the play is as a result of wear on the bearing so when you tighten it up then it fails shortly afterwards, so you might be as well off just getting it replaced. They are very cheap anyway, less than €20 for the bearing itself.
