I'm in the same boat myself but we own a few properties and have a child together. We are getting on okay and have spoken about everything thoroughly so I know the separation will go smoothly. I just haven't gone to a solicitor yet as we haven't told anyone yet and he's still living in our house. He's moving out at the end…
