    Can commercially taxed ones be done online I didn't think they could.

    It's to ensure that your not able to tax online without first having the van doe'd like a lot of people were doing

    Yes they can now, previously before they could not; I taxed my father's van before Christmas for him and it was the first time that I seen the commercial taxation online.

    My mistake, I used to get a pin number like you but I didn't this year I assumed that it was to prevent people from taxing without the doe, like I did the year before;)
