3 months warranty, exhaust hanging off, what now?

I bought a used car two months ago from an SIMI registered dealer. 3 months warranty/guarantee with the car. Silencer detached from the rest of the exhaust this morning, connection rusted to bits. Are exhausts covered?

Check the warranty but its most likely an engine and gearbox warranty if the car is second hand.

Give the dealer a shout and try stand your ground, he might fix it for you.
