    Hi there,

I'm pricing various houses at various levels of completion and finding it hard to decide if they are good value or not so I'm hoping someone can tell me roughly how much they would have cost to get them their current level.

    1) 2,400 sq ft 2 story detached house to wall plate level only

    2) 2,000 sq ft detached dormer, plastered externally, blockwork internally on ground floor, front facing gable has stone work

    Any advice welcome
