Hello,

I'll be spending approx half the week in Dublin and it makes sense to rent out a room in a house/apartment.

Ideally it'd be within walking distance of Upper Leeson Street.

En Suite and parking would be ideal.

It doesn't have to be within walking distance, as I'll have a car space on Leeson street. Walking distance is more for health reasons.

So, where should I be looking street/area wise? Once I've this info I'll search the usual websites.

Price wise, I'm looking for as competitive as possible
