Free workshop space South Dublin

Hey I am looking for some free workshop space in South Dublin. Doesnt have to be big at all (10m squared is fine). It wouldnt be used frequently - mostly Saturdays and the odd weekday/night. A long shot I know but thought I may as well try. Cheers
