Can anyone give me the estimate of cost of panel beating 1 large dent in a passenger door please? Car is a 01 Polo and would rather not have to go through insurance.

    Tks

    Is paint chipped?
    Scrapes?
    Pics?

Ballpark 20 to 200 euro - without info we can just make wild guesses.

If you bumped into someone else then ultimately it will be them who decides where the work will be done, the repair cost then will be determined by who they get to do the job.

Possibly it can pushed or pulled out, it's hard to say without a pic.
You can try removing the door card on the inside and see if you can feel the dent.
There are dent kits you can buy online

Swing by a bodyshop or two and get their opinions and quotes and go from there.
