    Hi Folks,

I was wondering if anyone here could recommend and adhesive for use with a rear view mirror holder. The rear view mirror was attached to the windscreen (mounting bracket/case was glue to windscreen) with just a glue of some kind and it come off there recently, I have tried a few adhesives and none of them seem to hold solid. Im assuming the problem here is the glass as it is a flat surface there is nothing for the adhesive to gain traction on - is there a special type of adhesive that is used for this? Any and all suggestions or insight welcome.

    Dave

You need to clean both surfaces with alcohol or similar to get everything off.
When dry use something like Loctite mirror glue at Halfords for a fiver.
