I done my google research and I know what is where, but my question is which mart in mayo I can get fresh veg/fruit locally grown or which one of them has the most of them around.

Marts are where cattle/sheep are mainly for sale. You might find the odd fella selling cabbage plants but that's about it.

Markets are where you will find your fruit and veg. I know Balllina (Monday) and Westport (Thursday I think) have decent markets.

Small word difference but it might help when you're googling.

There's a growing locally set up in Claremorris. It's a community initiative down near the playground
