I'm importing a car from the the North. Anyone know which company carries out car history checks in the North to include HPI checks, mileage verifications etc. How much do they cost and how long do they take to process?

Cartell or motorcheck both do you UK finance checks. Price depends on the amount of detail you want and both are instant.

HPI. They include a warranty if any of the information they supply leads to a loss too.
