Need a copy of windows. Which one?

I'm looking for a copy of windows 7 on hardwareversand for a build. Does the service pack 1 contain a full os or is it just the updates for w7? Can't find a definite answer on Google and just want to be sure before I buy. Thanks.

ask the guy over at pc building and upgrading on boards. Probably the safest way, Windows 7 (full os, home) should be arrounf €80-110 . The downgrade to windows 8 should not more than 50
