Can i deregister for income tax?

    As the title suggests i would like to deregister for income tax.

    Last year i took redundancy and decided to try and make a go of it out on my own. Unfortunatly, nothing ever came of it and have since been employed full time once again.

    Logged onto paye anytime recently and im unable to access 2013 details because it says i have a registered income tax and will have to access through ros, which i never registered for.
