Free PAYG SIM's?

Do they still exist? Want to get someone a PAYG SIM to keep them going for a while - Are the likes of Meteor etc. giving out free SIMs? Don't mind having to top up by a fiver or whatever as it'll be used anyhow

Tesco give them free.. There are leaflets for the free sim at the checkouts
