    Whats the date to deregister by in second semester without having to pay for second semester fees nobody is replying to me from the college :/

    do you have to deregister? if you're not going back then just don't pay the fees.

    Have you not paid second semester fees yet? If you haven't then you just de-register when you go back. If you have paid your fees for both semesters, then if you de-register before the 31st of January you'll get half fees back (not 100% sure but I think that's right).
