    I am whats it hold(90/110) and how much posted up to kildare or do u want trade on a high cap either suits.:)

    Bren, I'm very sorry. Saw hicaps in the title and assumed you wanted same. Only spotted now you are looking to trade for midcaps. I'm running the same set up as you by switching from hi to mid. Sorry again..
