Just wondering can you put in 3 cards to your club to get your GUI handicap now or do you have to wait till winter rules are finished and then play 3 rounds and hand in the cards?

A Buddy of mine joined a club today and he asked me. I wasn't sure.

Does the person signing your cards have to be a member of that club or can they be anyone with a GUI card?

Thanks. We played a round today and I signed a car for him.

I think any player with a GUI can sign card for him.

The only requirement is the person has to be approved by the club.

I was under the impression that it was anyone with a GUI. Maybe that's the clubs requirement though I.e the same thing.
It was the case for mine anyway

I'd say it is the same thing alright, I remember sending in my first 3 cards and two were signed by a member and one by a mate who had a gui at the time.

Have to do it all over again now too!!
