Windows 8 Tablet Recommendation

Can anyone recommend a Windows 8 tablet with an Intel Core processor, 11"+ for around €600? Or less if possible. Preferably with a keyboard or at least the option of one. Sometime like the Lenovo Yoga would be ideal but a bit cheaper.

    Thanks.

I doubt you'll get anything with that spec for €600 unless maybe 2nd hand or a previous generation model.

You might get a new Atom-powered one for that though?

Your best bet is either an Acer p700 I think. Closes to your budget or surface pro first gen is around 650 I think. Both are just around 11" with Intel processors.

Do you mean the W700? Can't find a P700 by Acer.

This would be perfect if it had a keyboard dock: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00BB860M2/ref=noref?ie=UTF8&psc=1&s=computers

Can it be bought separately? Can't find one on amazon.

Sorry W700. It has a standalone keyboard. It's not dockable

Any of the Sony vaio options available in IE? I've seen those cheaper than the yoga and surface. And they have keyboards and pens

I don't think I've ever seen a cheap Sony Vaio in my life!

I'm not sure which ones you're talking about but couldn't see any Sony convertible in that price range.

756 pounds on amazon unless you know somewhere cheaper. As said, your looking for gold dust.

At that budget its hard to get a proper full edge windows tablet. His only choices closest to the budget is the Acer 700 or 1st gen surface which is still great tablet for the price.

I can get either the Acer W700 or Surface Pro on ebay for around €600 including delivery and import charges etc.

Anyone bought a computer that way, how did it work out? If the customs charges aren't paid by the seller what happens, will the delivery company charge you and would it be more expensive that way?

No one but you is expected to pay the custom charges. If the courier will pass on the cost to you if brings it through. Anything from inside EU probably won't be stopped by the customs. Anything outside will be .

I wouldn't waste time. Just get it directly from a retailer for the sake of 60 quid you have a far better come back than you would for some random garage eBay shop

Not a student by any chance ? You can get the Surface Pro for 600 quid, its a good price compared to the other options.

I wouldn't buy anything more expensive than 50 quid off ebay, its just too dodgy. I saw a thread on the android forums where somebody ended up with a fake galaxy S4 and only found out when he went to update it.
