I ordered toiletries from Strawberryn*t on 2 Dec for a Christmas gift. Package eventually arrived today 8 Jan. There was a customs charge to pay but I did not accept delivery as it is way too late. They will not refund me until they receive the package back. Another few weeks I suppose. Has anyone else had problems with…
