Strongly considering purchasing an A5 that's coming in from England. (Dealer here purchased it and offering a warrenty with it).
    It's 2010 2.0L diesel S-line with roughly 80k miles on the clock.

Has anyone for any advice i.e check that timing belt was changed at x miles and so on?
Any bad experiences with that particular model/cars with high mileage from England?

    Appreciate any help at all....
    Thanks

Timing belt change is 100k miles or 5 years on the 2.0 TDi CR engine afaik. No mention of service history, does it have one?

Make sure to do a car history check and ring the dealer in the UK who serviced it to verify what was done at what mileage.

    Would cartell.ie cover English cars?

Cartell, Motorcheck, etc will all do history checks on UK cars. I found Motorcheck the most comprehensive.
