How many level 1 electives can you do?

Just wondering out of interest. Any feedback is greatly appreciated Im doing a four year course and in second year now? Could i do level 1 electives even in third year?

It should say on you're sis web account under "My student record", then under the heading "academic credit by level", I think normally have a certain requirement for levels 2 and 3 and above, once you get those than you could make up the rest with level 1?? But for my degree i need 100 credits for level2 and then 40 credits level 3 and above, mine is a 4 year degree as well.
