Sheep Coughing

I have a few replacement ewe lambs coughing. There are in good condition and still out on good grass but I notice some coughing when checking them They got duotech in October and supaverm before Xmas which should have them covered for lungworms Wondering would rumen fluke make them cough or what else could cause it?
