hi guys,my broadband has been ****e for a few days now and im wondering can anyone in my area recommend a decent broadband and phone package with someone other than eircom,im on the 7.8 meg deal but it sucks lately, the best d/l speed I have got is 750kbs which is not too bad but although my speedtest.net reading is 6meg at the moment my actual d/l speed is between 50kbs and 250kbs which is rubbish,im not going to waste my time getting on to eircom as I have no faith in them after a previous problem with them, all they will do is give me the runaround,I think its time to try another provider, cheers

if your line can only handle 6 meg then it doesnt matter which provider you go with cos they all use eircom lines. unless you can get upc who own their own lines.
