In the last half a year I've had to leave three schools because they all decided to apply for acels just after I joined.

I have plenty of experience, my celta and am half way through a degree in this type of teaching (in fact i currently have a diploma - level 7 minor in teaching).

I can't afford to keep losing jobs and there are very few non acels recognised schools anymore. I'm not qualified/ have experience to do anything else.

I'm at the stage where I'm thinking of faking a degree just to get a job in Dublin! Do you think I would get away with it? what would happen to me and the school if I got caught? any other ideas options for getting around this stupid "quality control" recognition (load of rubbish as acels schools are nothing more than visa factories!!)

This is absolutely not acceptable and you would ruin your career were you caught doing it.

We cannot give you advice on this matter as it is far too serious.
