    Hi all,

    I am seeking assistance in locating a relatively recent High Court ruling on a criminal case, detailed below.

    If I recall correctly, the Court determined that in a prosecution for possession of cannabis or cannabis resin, no certificate of analysis is required if the accused has admitted that the substance in question is cannabis / cannabis resin, and /or if AGS give evidence that they believe it to be so.
