Medalist shotgun choke markings

Can any one refresh my memory on which chokes are which ?

iv the same gun and i dont know either.iv the 4 notch choke on the top and 3 notch on the bottom barrel but im not sure if thats right.i gauged with my finger but that wouldnt be the best way ha ha.
