Store Sugar beet indoors or outdoors?

    Whats the best place to store sugar beet, under a roof or outdoors?

    outdoors, unless you want to dry clean it,

    you could always put a cover over it outdoors if there was frost coming.

    If the time we had it would be anything to go by, you'd be providing b+b for every rat in the area.
    We had poison down before, but the heap of beet was riddled with the buggers.

    Had some inside for 4-5 wks and was nice and clean but could see it was drying up a bit.
