    Got mine through the bank no problem for mine, im with AIB.

    Mine was in fine this morning too, you didn't receive a letter from them recently asking to fill in a form and send it back did you?

    Did you change address recently and forget to notify them because sometimes the letters can go to old addresses.

    Mine was in but I recieved one of those letters to sign and send back in November and sent it back by registered post
