Employer reduction of hours

    So hypothetically ;) as all these are

    Say you have been a very hard working person in the same job for almost twenty years. Suddenly your employer reduces you to three day week and hires his son to do the other half.

    As a father- son relationship obviously looking out for your own is understandable but where in the eyes of the law does this leave the person who has been reduced his hours?
