hi there, just wondering if anyone knows what letting agents charge these days for letting out a property in the Dublin area? Any recommendations would be most welcome. I don't want any dealings with the house or tenants if at all possible. Have had to relocate due to work so a reluctant first time landlord and now renting myself. Any tips and hints much appreciated. Thanks, Puz.
