Gaming PC Build for €700-odd?

Just looking through the 760's and saw this one saw it superclocked, caught my eye.
Just wondering (if you know), if I get them to assemble it, do they put the fan in for me?

Yeah this is €14.12 over budget but it pretty much has everything and my opinion id just stick with intel they have alot better cpu rang and if you ever upgrading you cant go wrong + there is a 7850 in there i use one my self and i have no problems with it great card i can get high to max setting with the games i play, eg, Skyrim, Oblivion, Outlast, Assassins Creed 4, Saints Row 3, and so on you get the idea id say and i was still able to fit in the moniter aswell and you dont need anymore then 4gb to be honest i havent sen any game that requires more then 4 gb so hope that help some bit enjoy 0
