Just wondering how Revenue view the beginning of a business for tax purposes. Like if it is registered with the Cro but then it doesn't actually make any sales or profits for several months after how do they determine when it actually begun, do they have any guidelines on this ?

When you submit a TR1 and register for tax.

Until then it is not tax registered
