How to remove prompts from Google search

How do I remove the prompts that drop down when I input to the Google search line. I do not want to remove all prompts, only selected ones. I am using Win 8 All help/info appreciated. Thanks Jay

In Internet options Change your home page to this

www.google.ie/webhp?complete=0

Got this from boards some time ago as the prompts drove me nuts

Sorry this removes all the prompts
