I'm on the lookout for a 2008 / 09 Merc C220 diesel auto (estate & sport preferred but would go with a clean saloon)

I e-mailed a few ads on Donedeal as the pics / spec was shocking - in a nice way just asked for more pics and full spec so I know exactly what the car is like.

Well jaysus, the torrents of abuse I got back in reply was unreal. I know it's best to just pick up the phone and call, but in an e-mail I can can see the car before I arrive with pics, and know if the spec works for me or not.

Or am I expecting too much to see pics and spec of the car before driving half way across the country?

On a side note, if anyone knows of a C220 for sale, get in touch... i'm starting to pull my hair out at this stage. Looks like i'll be jumping on a plane to the UK
