Ah here, it's a test. If you can't find the place where you need to fill in the recruiting form... then how likely are you to find the drugs / bombs / other contraband that you'd need to find if they hired you?

I say it's a test of your intuition, skill and creativity - good luck! :)

Seems to be a very high turnover of staff going on there now. Everytime you go through they are ranting and raving about something. I think the newer staff are on lousy terms compared to old heads.

They are on lousy contracts, its a disgrace, the geezer beside them is on €22 per hour and the new contractor is on €12, and the crap they have to put up with from the DAA, I wouldnt feel great about it either

Playing devils advocate....Is the issue the disparity between old and new terms and the resentment or the current package per se.

Minimum wage is 8.65 from memory. The current offer is 39% above that. The job isn't hard, you do not require a degree. Probably don't even need to have completed school. No drivers licence required. Only a clean security clearance and no convictions presumably. In return you stay dry, have a uniform, access to staff discounted meals etc.

The only downside is the occasional idiot pax to deal with but I am sure they get trained for that and lets face it in any customer facing role you have to put up with it.

In terms of a job to pay the bills it seems to fit the bill and would beat working in Macdonalds or stacking shelves in Tescos.
