What can decrease the graphics on a system. What would need to be damaged? Curious and wondering if the leaking issue a user had would take from the graphics. Thanks

"leaking issue a user had" - Can you clarify what you mean by this ?

I think the answer to your question is that nothing can degrade the graphics performance, it either works or doesn't.
