Would be interesting to find out if we had any of the similar laws ? As this seemed to be deemed a civil matter

bailiffs turn up try to take a house without proper authority. Cops turn up eventually evict the bailiffs

Could you summarise please, because the clip is nearly half an hour long? Ain't nobody got time for that.

In the opening credits when they were claiming bankers were using unlawful force to evict people for centuries would have been the point when I drew my conclusions.

It's always funny how these people have no problems entering contracts with these illegally operating banks but suddenly have issue when the bank want their property back.

Firstly, that's an old video. Secondly, I'd love to know who is in possession of the house now.

There's plenty of freeman videos from Ireland. Although the youtube clip might show a minor victory for the freemen, it doesn't show that the law wins out in the end (be it days, weeks months later) and the main victim in all this is the person who, typically in desperation, believes the freeman crap.

Legislation needs to be tightened up to deal with these time/money wasters more efficiently and effectively.

So using the law is time wasting ? Can we use this argument against the more well-off ? As I'm sure they use it way more .. but their allowed it seems ... When I go bankrupt can I transfer all my money to me wife ?

And I would suggest looking up the law ... before shouting... Freeman that don't believe in it ... As apparently were all on a ship ...

It's not your home till you pay for it. It belongs to the bank.

Streetview of the house from four months later shows the front door and hall window have been boarded up by the council/bailiffs so it would seem his ruse didn't work for long.

I wouldn't use this as an example of the little man vs the rich. Check the address on the house sale register and you'll see this guy bought the house for £1.15m in 2006.

Escape what? Paying the terms of the legally binding contract you willingly signed would do I'd imagine.

Ah I see now property speculation is only for the Rich ? That would never happen here...
